We are trying to create a holistic view of a project.
Our project will start by creating a product requirement in confluence and the same will be shared with multiple departments for their inputs, review and approvals. Currently this stage fully managed by confluence workflow.
Once the documentation part completed, We will open a new Epic/Initiative on Jira to manage the project. In this stage we are planning to use advanced road map for better tracking of the projects.
The main challenge for us is on how to view the whole process for all projects on a dashboard.
We need to see all the projects created with their statuses on both Jira and Confluence in one screen in order to have a holistic view on our projects.
We have searched for multiple solutions without luck. We appreciate your help on the same.
Hi @Ali Tooq ,
We can recommend our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.
It works with the Page Properties Report and Jira Issues macros pretty well and allows you to filter/aggregate your data and create visualized dashboards right in Confluence.
Besides you can amplify your Page Properties Report macro with the Handy Macros app - make it an interactive one and change statuses on the fly.
