DNS record checks failing for email verification

Why are my DNS record checks failing? I have set them up exactly as described.

Hello, Billy,

You have to set up yet one another DNS record of type TXT, with name of your domain (like example.com) and value like "atlassian-sending-domain-verification=<your_id_from_jira>"
