Cwhat are the condition to be able to sort table columns

Dear all,

I have a  table with different columns in different pages and for this table I have some column which can be sorted with small Up and Down arrow when over the table column and for some others those arrows is not present.

Any idea why in some table column I do not have such Up and Down arrow ?

Issue solved, probable cache issue

To answer your question, if you have any cells merged across rows, that will prevent sorting. Also, in some cases a table pasted from a different source, may not have the heading rows configured as Confluence expects.
