Customized .exe program stop working kernelbase.dll issue

My program stopped working and I'm not sure why. I checked all drivers and run the sthecommand and there are no errors. The event log shows kernelbase.dll as the issue. I had also given full control to kernelbase.dll for my administrative use. Please help.
