Hello
I use the plugin to generate a user guide I made some responsiveness changes in CSS and crashed the processes.
I would like to know what to do to get help or how to unlock the processes and continue.
thanks
I am afraid we need more information on your systems before we can start to work out what might be wrong here. I will try to keep the questions short:
Answering the questions asked.
What plugin?
Instant websites
What responsiveness changes?
CSS Changes (using @media)
What processes did you crash?
Inclusion in CSS (from the mentioned plugin).
After clicking the publish button the status is locked as Pending
What did you look for trying to correct this that might help?
I can't do much because the process is queued so any landings I make will depend on the completion of the process that is stuck.
Note: I don't think it was the CSS code that caught the updates.
What do you see when you try to return to Confluence?
Confluence does not change anything, only updates that are not processed as they are waiting.

What does the Confluence log say is the problem? (Assuming it's server and you can see the log)
I can not check the log.

I'm afraid I'm stuck, with no log and no experience with that app, I can't do much.
Have you raised this with the authors (Glintech)?
