Creating a dashboard in Confluence with a specific criteria mentioned below

Fields needed to filter results by "Project" and "Release"

1. Completed Stories (User Stories in DONE status); that do not have test case evidencing.     A Story with evidence has a link to a file or an attachment; with a name containing ("QA" or "Test").

Need to understand what approach needs to be taken to implement the same.

Will JQL work or there should be some SIL Scripting, as well

Actually, I am struggling on the Attachment part.

I am not able to retrieve specific documents (that has "QA" or "Test" mentioned).

All documents are being retrieved.

Can u pls help me with the query if possible.
