I want to create a workspace for my organisation.

When I choose Create, I can only create personal space.

How can I create a workspace for my organisation?

welcome to the Atlassian community!

If you click "create", you will create a page and not a space. In order to create a space you need to follow this approach https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf59/create-a-space-792498598.html

you need to ask to a Confluence Administrator to provide you create space permission. Currently you have not that permission.
