Create from template macro goes to wrong space

I've created a template with a Create from template macro inside this template, however it is creating a child page in the wrong space..

So when I'm in space X and use the template it correctly creates a child page on the right location, However when clicking on the button in space Y it creates a child page in space X instead of Space Y.

the macro has an option to define the space however it looks like this field is not overwritten properly

=> the space mentions space Y, but creates the page in space X

it works again when creating a new Create from template macro inside space Y.
