Create Button Does not work

We have a HOME page with Team Members listed in an ICON format showing their pictures. When you click on their picture it brings you to a "Bio Page" that I have created for each team member.

I tried to add a new team member and 'CREATE" a bio page for them and the create button does not open a new page, it only reverts back to the home page

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

Sometimes extensions/plugins  or corrupt browser cache cause such issue's. So you should try clearing the browser cache and try once. Also, try the same in different browser/ incognito mode and check.

We did ALL of that and used different browsers as well. Everyone in the company is having the same issue

When did you notice the issue, was there any changes in the system recently  ?

If you have added any plugin recently , disable it and check once. 

Do you see anything interesting in the logs ?
