Could not navigate to Confluence: Endless redirection loop

I signed up for a Jira and Confluence trial. While Jira works perfectly fine, I could not navigate to Confluence. If I do, it ends up in an endless redirection loop.

I tried in Incognito mode, but it's the same. How could I potentially fix this? Thanks for any help.

Does this occur for all users? Could you confirm they have application access to Confluence?

Please try the below steps and let me know if the issue persists:

• What is the browser used to access the Jira instance.
• Clear the cache on the browser
• Try a different browser
• See if a different user is having the same issue
• Disable plugins/extensions on the browser
• Check to see if the issue happens on a different network connection

I have the same problem ans try all that, anothers users can sing in whitout problems.
