Corrupted macro dialog

I have one user for whom the Macro dialog suddenly quit displaying properly.

This only happens for one person, and it happens for new macros, editing existing macros, on pages and templates, in personal and global spaces. He's tried clearing the browser cache, logging off and on (both confluence and windows), rebooting. He can reach the options by tabbing, but it's very awkward to use.

Update: This same user can log onto a different workstation and it works fine. So it's specific to the workstation.

Windows 7 x64, IE 10, Confluence 5.1

Any ideas how to fix this?

The solution - IE's zoom was not at default.
