Copy and Paste an Image to the Page. Broken Image

Hi Support

We copy and Paste an Image to the Page in Safari. After we save it. It say broken image

still broken, i'm trying to copy from JIRA to Confluence.

Hello Aram,

Thank you for following up. I didn't have this information at the time of @Tony Chung's question, but this is a result of a bug:

• CONFSERVER-26011 Broken image when copy paste image into the editor using Mac's Safari

There's no workaround within Safari at this moment, so you'll want instead use another browser, or better yet, attach the images directly onto the page in Confluence.

Hi Tony,

Can you let us know the following: 

1. The version of Safari and Confluence you are running
2. Where you copy the image from, or if it happens for all sources
3. If all users have the same issue in Safari
4. If you are running behind a proxy or firewall.
