Consulting JIRA data on Confluence results in IOException

When a user wants to consult the content of the carousel workings via Confluence, he gets several issues on the screen, so that he cannot consult the correct content.

While when I try it, I get all results without errors. I do see errors in the browser console but all data is still loading for me.

Any idea what could be the cause?

@Howard Nedd - Does the user having the issue have access to the Jira issues you are displaying?
