Hello everyone
For about a month now, we've been experiencing massive connection problems at times and loading times that last for minutes, or we can't load the pages at all.
The problem is also not user-specific but occurs with all Confluence users.
The problem must lie somewhere in the corporate network, since access and also editing at the problematic times works perfectly via the smartphone.
At times a solution is to open the developer tool in the browser, check the "disable cache" checkbox and reload the web page. That also does not work always, but it may be a hint.
If the developer tools are opened while the problem exists, in "Network" the console is completely full with the most different red 400 error messages (400, 401, 404, 409, 429, ...) on different Atlassian URLs (e.g. atl-paas.net or atlassian.net).
Should any special ports be opened for the use of Confluence Cloud?
Many thanks already
This is very environment specific question, it'll be very hard for community to answer, may be reach out to atlassian & they should be able to help find out root cause.
Thanks you.
