@sabari M You can upgrade directly. Make sure you perform you pre-upgrade checks. You can go to Settings > General Configuration >Plan your upgrade then select the version you want to upgrade to. More about upgrade paths can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-4578.html
