I have seen on the Atlassian website that the ACP-CA Confluence Administrator for Data Center and Server is outlined. Can't take the exam anymore?

So it is replaced by the APB-220 Confluence Space Administration Pro Skills Badge?

Yes Correct @Jordi Romera Aguilà 

ACP-CA is taken out and APB-220 Confluence Space Administration Pro Skills Badge was introduced.

And it is included in the path of Atlassian Certified Expert.

Since Jira Admin is involved in most of the administration tasks where confluence administration also comes in, they have considered this to be Pro Skills Badge.
