Confluence version 8.6.1: creating spaces doesn't work

We've updated the confluence version (we've gone from 8.0.3 to 8.6.1) except that nothing works for creating spaces and we don't know how to solve the problem.

 

Can you help us solve the problem?

Je suis en attente d'une solution pour résoudre le bug remonté le 09/11 svp ? Cette situation est bloquante pour nous.

What exactly are the symptoms of "nothing works for creating spaces"?  What do you get on-screen when trying to create a space, and what are the errors in the logs?

Hello, 

When I click on create, no creation proposal appears and there's just a cursor that turns without ever stopping.
