Confluence text format

Jo December 15, 2014

Hi

Probably a ridiculously basic question but I can not figure it out.

I am trying to edit the text I write on a page in Confluence. I want to create a hyperlink that would expand a collapsed text, but I really don't know how to do.

this is how I want it to be like :

Click here for details (the entire sentence hyperlinked)p

bullet point list of details ( to be in collapsed state when page opens, and then when people click on the "click here"  expand in the list ).

Hope you could advise.

Hi Jo,

To insert the Expand macro into a page using the macro browser:

  1. In the Confluence editor, choose Insert > Other Macros.
  2. Find and select Expand macro.

Thanks and regards,

Hi Jo, I think it's the expand macro you're looking for. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFEAP/Expand+Macro
