Hi,
I want to connect a confluence page to Microsoft Teams - unfortunately, I keep getting the message to Log in for an updated Confluence although Teams and Confluence are connected.
Microsoft Teams for Confluence Cloud has full user permissions for space where confluence page is located.
Is there anything else I need to do?
Thanks, Monika
Hi,
This could be a Samesite cookie policy issue. Basically if your site has not explicitly allowed it, an iframe rendering Confluence will not be allowed to use the HTTP session cookie that is associated with Confluence in your browser. There's an issue on it here for Confluence server, but I expect that the same principle applies for Cloud which is your case: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-59298.
There's another ticket here for Cloud which might be relevant: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-77645.
I am not too familiar with the app you're using, so I don't know a solution off the bat. Here's another community post that might offer some advice: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Unable-to-view-added-Confluence-page-in-MS-Teams-app/qaq-p/2195346.
Best,
Elias

The last link in from the community did the trick for me and my team. Strange solution, logging in 2x and not great for a company wide deploy, but it is working!
