The page in Confluence looks so different (and nicer) than the same page in Servicedesk (here is ugly).
Any idea how can I fix it?

When viewing an article in the customer portal, the images are not resized the same as Confluence, since the editor is different.
Some macros also won’t render the same as Confluence, that’s why the info panel doesn’t show the same color in the portal.
There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

The workaround, in this case, would be to allow customers to see Confluence.

I would add more sections to hold your icons stead of just placing on the page. A three column section would help and if needed you can use CSS or HTML coding to adjust it.
