With my company we would like to create our documents in confluence which will be shared with our clients.
The problem is that these documents get lot of reviewing from the clients, so they create many comments in it.
The best would be if we would be able to share the confluence page with a client without giving them an account to our confluence, but still able to comment in it.
First we find the Refined app, which we can use for sharing the page itself, but there is no comment possibility.
Is there any solution for this problem?
Thanks,
John
Hello @Gasparics János and welcome.
In your public space, ban anonymous users from adding comments.
To share a page with a specific client for consultation, you can invite them as a guest to your confluence.
Guests do not count towards your licensed user count and you can add and remove them at will.
A guest can access only one space (whichever you allow them to) and you can assign guests permissions as to any regular user.
In practice, they can read and comment but cannot edit, for example.
