we have this error on Conflunce Cloud when we export a confluence page.

We couldn't complete your export. Failed to create a location and file for the PDF export.

Do you have an idea ?

Remove semicolon from the page heading and you will be able to export it. thanks

I submitted a support case for this issue and they "enabled a FF that would enable the v2 export feature that would resolve the issue with the PDF export", which resolved the issue for me.

Hello @Roberto Ialino ,

It is better to refer to logs - Cloud instance admins should be able to get this data (Atlassian team). From the error it seems like permissions or instance file storage issue.
