Confluence notifications by email

Hello everybody
Does anyone know why all the people who use Confluence in my company receive notifications when I make an update on a page, even if I don't add or mention any member?

And if you know how to change that option too, I would really appreciate it.

They get the notification because they are either watching the space your page is in, or because they are watching the specific page. You can either publish your page edits without notifying watchers, or if you are the space admin you can manage the watchers, just click on the eye icon.
