Confluence is not available via browser although service is up and running

Hi,

I am running Confluence server version 6.15.9 on RHEL 7.2. I had an issue where users were not able to access the site via browser although confluence service was up and running and resources were mote than enough..

Restart solved the issue but i want to investigate further as this is prod env.

I am not sure where to start my investigation and which logs should i look in.. Please advise.

start with catalina.out and atlassian-confluence.log
