Confluence had problems starting up: Database connection failed

Unable to startup confluence after updates.

 

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: rowCount expected 152476 got 120001 T187.I947
at org.h2.message.DbException.throwInternalError(DbException.java:242)
at org.h2.table.RegularTable.checkRowCount(RegularTable.java:169)
at org.h2.table.RegularTable.addRow(RegularTable.java:120)

A similar problem has been asked here. Also, if you can share a bit more details from the log file that would be great in better understanding of the problem.
