Confluence-friendly secure password vault?

Hi, does anyone know of a way to store passwords in a secure off-site vault that will allow us to link directly to specific information from within KB pages? Bonus points if it aloows the information to be displayed within KB pages, but only for specific users.

Passwords can there be stored in a confuences page. They are only visible to authorized users and are also encrypted.
