Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with this bug on Confluence, it appears that when you rename your page and click the edit button, all of the content just disappears, but when you go back it reappears out of nowhere. Any thoughts on this?
Hi @Sven Ikea ,
Welcome to the community !!
Can you please provide steps to reproduce the issue.
I was not able to reproduce the issue when I performed below steps
Click action menu (3 dots) in the page sidebar against the page --> Rename .
Rename the page
Now click the Edit Page button. I was able to see the contents.
I found a different issue. After rename and click edit page, close the page without any updates. Sometimes the old page name will be shown for a while
Thanks Rilwan,
The steps are exactly what I did on my confluence page, for you it was normal but for me the content was empty. Is it possible that the page has so many headers, code snippets, and tables that when I rename the page it just does not work in the backend at the moment?
A workaround I was able to keep the content is to make a copy and then delete the old one then the entire steps work without any issue.
