Confluence cannot link user management to JIRA

It has an error:

Connection test failed. Response from the server:
com.atlassian.crowd.exception.InvalidAuthenticationException: Application failed to authenticate

Hello Chotika,

Thank you for contacting us about this.

Have you already connected Jira to Confluence using the setup wizard?  Your error shows that Confluence is not able to authenticate with Jira, which could be an issue with the Jira admin username or password, or the base URL that you're entering.

Please let me know everything you've done so far and we can proceed from there.
