I have a confluence page linked to a slack channel and set to only notify on comments on the page and child pages.
My question is possibly more of a slack question but I felt I should start here to be sure.
Is there anyway to modify those notifications so that they form threads on slack rather than a separate message each time. Threads would need to contain any further comments within a short time window relating to the same page by any user.
Is this possible?
Unfortunately, the native Confluence-Slack integration doesn't currently offer the ability to automatically create threads for comments on a specific page. From: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=confluence%20slack there is a various options for these applications. Feel free to test them, of course if you have the time for it.
