Confluence behind node reverse proxy

Christian Kai March 5, 2020

Hello,

Confluence are behind a nodejs reverse proxy with HTTPS / SSL.

Navigation are OK but when i want to login or post data (creating page...) the page loads and stop without any error.

On the login page, loading then reset the form.

If i login with direct connection with 8443 port all is OK.

Any idea what can be ?

I searched in the community and google but no solution... (i tested the maxpost value for tomcat) and not working at all.

Thank you !

Hi,

my guess: You probably have to find out on your own... I've never heard of using a nodejs reverse proxy being used in front of Confluence.

Follow the guidelines for an Apache HTTPD reverse proxy (or nginx) & try to translate the Apache specific steps to nodejs.

Did you check the browser console?

Best

JP
