Confluence approval process add to existing table in space

I would like to set up some approval process using specific fields that would go through the process and, if approved, would be able to add the values of those fileds to a table in an existing space.

This would be like the workflow in a sharepoint site where I can have it set in a list.

I was looking at that, but from what I see, it's more related to approval for pages within a confluence space.  

I need something that would be based on a form or set of questions needing approval.
