Yes, you can do this, see below.

If you want to be able to view a Confluence calendar in Outlook, you can do so by adding a special URL created in Confluence. To do this:

  1. Open the Confluence page with the calendar.
  2. Select the down arrow next to the calendar's name.
  3. Select Subscribe to open the Subscribe to Calendar window.
  4. Copy the URL.
  5. In Outlook, select Tools/Account Settings. This opens the Account Settings window.
  6. Select the Internet Calendars tab.
  7. Click New to open the New Internet Calendar Subscriptions window.
  8. Paste the URL into the empty field.
  9. Click Add to close the window. You should now see the URL listed in the lower pane.
  10. Click Close. You should now be able to see you Confluence calendar alongside your normal Outlook Calendar.

Hello, thanks very much for the quick response. But i think thats not exactly want i want. In the End of these i will have 2 calenders in Outlook. So an collegue whos only watching my personla outlook calender may dont see the meetings created by confluence, or he has to check 2 calenders... i will try this in the next days...

Martin, you're welcome.

When I try this I can see both calendars next to each other. I do this by opening my calendar and then clicking on the Confluence one that is listed under Other Calendars (which is on the left side of Outlook).

Cheers.

Hey @Mick Davidson ,

Thanks for the steps mentioned above. I can now see the Confluence calendar next to my Outlook calendar. But If I create any event on calendar in Confluence , its not reflecting on the Confluence calendar in Outlook. How to resolve that.

looking forward to your answer.

Thanks!

This is exactly my problem is too. I want my outlook to merge Confluence calendar with my personal so that when people try to see my outlook calendar from their laptops, they see my merged calendar.

I have same problem I can see the calendar in outlook but it has no data, The confluence calendar just doesnt give me what I need, I need to be able to print it or export it to excel so I can use it for status meetings. Any suggestions? I have tried all the steps in this site.

Hi everyone,

Our app Outlook Calendars for Confluence solves this problem quickly by simply using Exchange or Office 365 to display all your calendars in Confluence. Maybe this works for you as well: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217554/outlook-calendars-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi Martin,

As far as I know, if you subscribe team calendar from Outlook, you should be able to see confluence events in outlook interface. Have you tried this?

This is the documentation. I'm not sure if you have seen it.

Hi,

I am able to subscribe and able to see confluence calendar in my outlook, the issue is with remainders where i did set up 10 minutes reminder in confluence but when i see in confluence it shows 'Remainder' as None. Can you let me know what would be the issue. Technically i should receive an remainder from confluence and from outlook too.Kindly see attached for the same.

I have the same problem. The sync does not seem to work... I should also be asked for my logging information but I'm not prompted anything in Outlook

Hi @Rifat Ashmina @Jean-Francois Morel ,

For 2 way synchronization you have to install CalDav Synchrronizer plugin in your outlook . please find below link for detailed steps .

Thanks & Regards,

Mahesh

So for Mac users there is no real possibility to sync the calendar?

Hi @Martin Hartwig

Regarding meetings and meeting notes, also have a look at our new Outlook Calendar Add-in which comes together with Meetical for Confluence.

Hopefully you already moved to Office 365 because it is required for Meetical.

You get the ability to integrate your Outlook Calendar with Confluence, install the Outlook Calendar Add-in and create pages based on any meeting on your calendar fast and easy.

The App is available for Confluence Server and Cloud.

Would love to hear your feedback on it. Thank you.
