We at Castlighthealth are in the process of purchasing the Confluence and Conflunce Questions. Once we purchase the application, we would like to understand the training aspects of this application. As our employee's are new to this application, a training session will be really helpfull.

Atlassian Experts are indeed your best option if you need training.
We at RealDolmen do provide training for all Atlassian applications, and can customize this training to your needs. I'm sure there are several other experts that do the same.

We actually do not provide training sessions for our products. However, we have lots of documentations on how to use the tools and also a portal with useful trainings: http://university.atlassian.com
You might also be interested in contacting one of the Atlassian Experts, in case you'd rather have someone working close to your team on it.
Thank you for the information. I have few more questions, would be very helpful if they are answered.
1. What will be the process to notify Atassian to inform Castlighthealth about any bugs/version upgrades or such information related to Confluence/Confluence Questions.
2. How can we seek help from Atlassian when it comes to installing/configuring the application in our environment.
