How can I give customers access to a secure Confluence Space via the Jira service desk without the need for a confluence license. Anonymous access is not acceptable due to security considerations.
Is it possible to create a Confluence user and assign it to customer inquiries? Analogous to a database user.
Or any suggestions with Insight?

you cannot. they would have to login as a licensed user.
