I'am doing a copy space with user who have view space permission.After the new space is created with all the space permission as that of the original space the user who created the space gets "Not Permitted" screen. he is unable to see the newly created space.

Since copying a space is not possible in Confluence, can you let me know which method you were using to copy the space? Are you using an add-on, or did you modify the XML file export? Are you restoring the space to the same Confluence site, or a 2nd site?
Lastly, what version of Confluence is this on?
