Hi team. There is a problem with scaling the Confluence Server. We have a large instance (35k users, 1,5mil pages, 750 spaces) and we have come to the point where we need to take further steps to optimize/increase resources. There is no way to switch to Data Center or Cloud. I would like to know if there are companies with such volumes and how they solve this problem
Yes, divide your instance into many instances. With server out of support, it is unlikely you can get the licenses to do this, but before the end of life, this would have been one of my suggestions if you couldn't go to DC or the cloud.
Can you expand on why Data Center isn't an option?

I hear you on the price.
I have concerns about keeping 35K users on an unsupported product. If the server products still existed, I would have recommended splitting the server up.
Have you gotten a quote on what datacenter or cloud will cost? With that number of licenses, I would assume an Enterprise plan may be your best option.

Yes, there are approximate calculations. But we are confused by the fact that the vendor has stopped selling server products and can do the same with the DC. I did not receive an answer to the question whether this is in the plans
Split - make several instances?
