Confluence Page Permissions

Confluence 4.2.12

There's a specific user having an issue seeing a restricted page. He has view/edit rights to the space, view rights to the restricted parent page and has rights on the child page.

Other users have the same permissions defined in the same spots and are not having issues viewing the page.

Tried all the usual permission troubleshooting steps:

1. remove/add user to the allowed to edit users
2. had the user log in/out
3. restart the browser
4. try a clean cache and cookie space
5. try another browser

To better analyze if this can be a kind of bug or some configuration that could be wrong regarding the permissions itself I would suggest you to raise a support ticket at our support.atlassian.com and so we can take a better look into this behaviour. If possible please attach a screen-shot (if there's some error message) and your 'atlassian-confluence.log' for a review.
