Hello, here's Daniela Marcilio, Support analysti from IPC Global. I'd like to clarify, in the context of Atlassian Confluence cloud, a ticket opened by a partner who reported that he is getting Confluence Error Message When Trying to Export to PDF, and I quote: "get the error message pasted below when I try to export a Confluence page to pdf. I tried two different Confluence pages and got the same error. I tried with Chrome browser and Firefox browser and got the same error. I tried it within my Amazon workspace and from my local machine, and got the same error. Note that it worked OK when I tried to export to Word; only the pdf export resulted in the error. " However, the error he is getting is "we'll be back in a flash, we have encountered a small problem, but we should have sorted out soon'.
Another partner has already opened a case - CONFCLOUD 76848 - with you on the same matter. I need to know if there has been any update to this issue.
Thanks in advance for your collaboration.
Kind regards,
Daniela
Hi @Daniela Marcilio welcome to the community. I would suggest a faster way to find out any updates on that ticket is to vote for and watch it (well watch it) if you haven't yet. Here's a link to the ticket: CONFCLOUD-76848.
Are these confluence spaces you're trying to export, "large"? Here's an issue with Large Spaces: CONFCLOUD-76314
You also might want to create a support ticket to follow up on that specific issue: (Support Link ).
I can export a page on my Space without any issues.
Here's another similar ticket: CONFCLOUD-76187 .
I would figure that support could tell you if this is isolated to a particular hosted region or not.
There's some other tickets with exporting given different scenarios. You could search for on your own here: https://jira.atlassian.com/
Hope that helps.
@Daniela Marcilio Welcome to the Atlassian community
Per Atlassian's status page, there is not anything that has currently been identified as an issue. https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/
I also tested several cloud sites and am not having that issue. Some things to consider:

Hi Brant,
As a support analyst, I have always been able to export pdf. I just tested and I am also getting the same error as my coworkers.
Nothing has been changed in our environment. It is not a large space issue.
Please have a look at the screenshot of the message we got from Atlassian support:

@Daniela Marcilio I would suggest submitting a Support Issue with Atlassian. They can then look at your instance and see the exact error that is occurring. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ Have you submitted a support issue yet?
