Confluence Cloud Smart Value - ARN

Hello everyone, 

I'm trying to send information from Jira to Confluence with Automated Release Note. But I'm kind of confused if Confluence can take Smart Value? 

Actually, Automated Release Note can take the smart value as [VersionName] taken. We want to keep the format on Jira but on confluence we want to change the display format.

i.e.: On Jira 

- Release version number - Date 

And in confluence we want : 

- Date - Release version number 

I have tried to use smart value {{now.jiraDate}} but it doesn't seem to work while sending to Confluence.
