Confluence Cloud - Reorder pages alphabetically in a Space not working

Hi! 

I'm trying to reorder pages within a Space, through the "Space Settings", "Content Tools" and "Reorder Pages" menu.

I click the "A-Z" icon next to the page and subpages I want reordered.

In the menu, the listing is updated alphabetically, but the actual page tree in the Space is not updated to reflect the proposed sorting.

Any clues as to how I can overcome this issue? We've gone into the super manual maneuver of manually alphabetically reordering pages for now (by drag and dropping in the page tree), but in the long run that will eat up too much time and not be worth the time.

Testing using the details you provided, I wasn't able to replicate the same issue.

• When did this issue start? 
• Are you the only user facing this issue?
• Have you tested using another browser?
• Please clear the browser cache and cookies to check if it will order the pages correctly.
• If the issue persists, please open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any other error.
• Is it happening on all spaces?
