Confluence Cloud Admin acces

Jan Mejor July 26, 2018

Is there a way to pass an admin (owner) rights to another user on cloud version if (do not ask why) you have lost the access to current one? Can it be done via support or we are doomed?

@Jan MejorI think  you need to  be  Confluence admin  to  configure global permission,   you will  need to  remove  current admin from admin group  and  then add  new  admin to  this group. Also  see permission  overview. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/global-permissions-overview-724765488.html

best!
