Can I please check if the EOL date for Confluence 7.13 is Aug 2023 or is it till Feb 2024?

As per Atlassian's EOL policy page, the EOL date for Confluence 7.13 is -
Atlassian have ended sales for new Server licenses, and will end support for server on February 15, 2024. So if you are running on Server license, you should start looking into switching to Data Center license or Confluence Cloud. Hope this helps.
