Config star spaces for new users

Hello,

in the cloud version is it possible to configure the stared/favourites spaces?
Example: All new users must have space (A,B) in theire favourites.

I'm not sure on how adding favorites to new users can work, but what about using the Space Shortcuts in the left-hand navigation panel? You can add links to different important pages. If you have important pages that are nested under multiple parent pages, adding a Space Shortcut could be a simple way to make the access that much easier for users.

Is it possible to have those Space Shortcuts on the dashboard?
I would like to have those shortcuts on the dashboard. Instantly visible when a user logs in to Confluence.

I think you misunderstood my issue, because I wasn't clear.
I need this quick access to those important places on the dashboard.
