ConfiForms: Show Fields Depending on Number Selected

My Question may be a little confusing, so please forgive me ahead of time.

I want to set up a Confiform and have a field so the user can select a value between 1 and 10.  That part is simple enough to do.  Basically, I want to know the number of "Scopes"

The part that is difficult for me to do (without introducing 50 fields) is that if the user selects 1 it opens up Fields like this:

Scope 1

Question 1

Question 2

Question 3

Question 4

Question 5

The issue is that if the user selects the number 10 those 5 question have to be asked for each scope.  So, if the user enters 10 as the number of Scopes it would repeat the same questions (1 - 5 above) for all 10 scopes.

Is there an easy way for me to do this other than setting up Question 1 - 50 and hiding/unhiding fields dependent on the Scope field #?

Hi @Rayman Bacchus

Each field must be defined in ConfiForms - have a ConfiForms Field Definition

So, you will need to introduced 50 fields if you want to design a form that collects 50 different inputs

Alternatively, this approach might be a better one - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/ConfiForms+Smart+Multi-row+-+what+it+offers+and+how+to+use+it

THanks Alex!  This is what I thought the answer would be.
