Comments disappear for everyone after editing the page

Hello,

We encountered the problem with inline comments.

All of the comments disappear both when editing content (but not the same paragraph as the comment), and when moving the page and giving it a new title. 
I checked the resolved comments but there is nothing.
I tried to open from the email notifications to reply the comment but when the page opened, there is no comment at all.

Do you know why this happens?

The fact that multiple people are seeing this issue makes me wonder if a defect has been introduced. We are not currently in a review phase, so we are not using this feature right now, but you may want to contact Atlassian support.

The comments came back now, so I think maybe it is related to their incident or something.
