Comala workflow API for confluence cloud

I used to use this api to fetch page metadata connected to workflow like Authors,Reviewers,Approvers etc .

now we moved to confluence cloud and this same api doesn't work any more. As we are using the workflow in cloud version, I want know, is there any equivalent api available for confluence cloud.

Cloud and Server are very different beasts under the hood.
