Collaborative Editing - Javascript Custom HTML in HEAD ignored

Hello,

I am looking to understand why Custom HTML is ignored when Collaborative editing is turned on.  I have the following code (see link below) in the Custom HTML HEAD to collapse macros when in edit mode.  It was woking perfect until we recently enabled collaborative editing.  Now, the code seems to be ignored.  Any thoughts?
