I have Jira Service Desk hooked up to a knowledge base in Confluence. The customer portal is all set. Customers are accessing it fine. Customer don't have licenses.
Can Atlassian update their Child pages macro or develop a new macro so that customers can click the Child pages links and be taken to the page while staying in the Service Desk view?
I don't want to manually maintain a set of links to achieve the same result.
I can't afford licenses for every single user.

To get this in front of Atlassian, you will need to open up an issue here - https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
There is a similar request to yours -https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-1908 , which has been closed, but you can have a look to see if there is anything similar or sometimes there is a workaround from Atlassian where they have decided not to do something.
