Apologies for the awkward title - is there some way to make checklists in Confluence that will allow multiple copies of the same checklist, and will allow you to dynamically update a master copy and have the changes roll out to the copied versions, but will allow the copies to check and uncheck boxed independently of each other?
Use case is for onboarding checklists, content evolves and it would be nice to have that content update on the users' individual checklists.
I am product manager for a confluence app @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ mentioned: Checklists for Confluence. The App is completely free.
We provide functionality that allows you to create a template which will then be the master copy for any checklist instances created out of the template.
You can change the template so every checklist you create afterwards will be updated. Old ones (as soon as they were created) won't be updated.
I hope this helps you with the problem you describe.
Feel free to contact me for any questions about the app.
Have a great day!
Cheers
Samuel
@Lindsey Monyelle This is pretty close to what we're doing with this Checklists app in the Atlassian Cloud. We're looking for people like you to talk to and learn from. Would you be interested to share your thoughts in a short call? If so, feel free to schedule a call here.
Our app is free. So there is no sales pitch or buzzword bingo involved. I promise.

Thanks I just sent a request for a call. I actually did try that app out on a personal instance of Confluence but have run into difficulties with it so the offer for a call is appreciated!

Hi @Lindsey Monyelle and welcome to the community.
Out of the box, Confluence doesn't have something similar. You could search the marketplace for an app that could do a similar task.
