Change product domain

Hi, my name is Samuel.

I'm trying to change the product URLs, based on this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html

But I can not do it.

My role is Org Admin, but I can not find the option to do this. Also, I don't know if I understand correctly.

What is happening is I'm currently using the name of my company company.atlassian.com/jira (for example), and I want to use my own domain (subdomain), jira.company.com, redirecting the DNS. Is it possible?

@Samuel Gómez If it is cloud-hosted then it will have the Atlassian domain.  There is a feature request here that you can vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999 that would allow what you are asking for.
